This has been a crazy week with the holiday! I hope your 4th of July was great. We had our usual family gathering with lots of our own fireworks. Alas, that sure is a lot of money up in smoke though. I was able to buy even any small things this year, but one of my granddaughters dad brought the mortar shells. He gave the neighbors a run for their money on the show.
We always have a bbq then let the kids do their ground things such as the snakes and smoke bombs while we wait for it to be dark.
It's a great family time and lots of fun.
